How to Clock In
Mylora Clock-In: a live selfie, timed by the company server.
What you need
- Your own smartphone with Chrome (Android) or Safari (iPhone).
- The office Wi-Fi. Connect to it before you clock in.
- Your HRWeb username (Employee ID): the number you use to log in to HRWeb. Not the company ID, not the biometric number.
First time only (2 minutes)
- Open the Clock-In link: https://47-131-244-204.sslip.io
- When the phone asks, press Allow for the camera and for location.
- Type your HRWeb username and press Next.
- Your name appears. If it is you, press Yes, that's me. If not, press No and check the number; if it is still wrong, tell HR.
- Choose a 4-digit PIN and remember it. Then press Sign in.
- Your first photo becomes your ID photo. Take it alone, facing the camera, in good light, with no cap, mask or sunglasses.
- Optional: add the page to your home screen (Chrome menu ⋮ → Add to Home screen; Safari share button → Add to Home Screen).
Every day
- Connect to the office Wi-Fi.
- Open the Clock-In page.
- When you arrive, face the camera and press Time In.
- When you leave, face the camera and press Time Out.
- Wait for the message with the time, for example "Time IN recorded at 8:02 AM. Branch Wi-Fi: Head Office." No message means it was not recorded; try again.
Rules
Use only your own phone and your own face. Every selfie is compared with your ID photo, and the time comes from the company server, not your phone. Clocking in for someone else is caught and handled as an offense.
If something goes wrong
- "Camera is blocked"
- Allow the camera for this page in your browser settings, then reload the page.
- "Face not clear"
- Face the camera, move to better light, take off cap or mask, and press again.
- "Branch Wi-Fi: not connected"
- Your time is recorded, but HR will ask why. Connect to the office Wi-Fi next time.
- "Wrong PIN"
- Try again. If you forgot it, ask HR to reset your phone.
- "You are set up on another phone" or "This phone is set up for someone else"
- Ask HR to reset it. Then sign in again on your own phone.
- New phone, lost phone, or cleared your browser
- Ask HR to reset your phone, then do the first-time steps again.
- "No connection"
- Check the Wi-Fi and press again. If it still fails, tell HR the time you tried.
